before flaking process, we will make cleaning for the raw material to protect the roller of flaking machine, vibration sifter will remove the impurities , magnet will remove the steel impurities ,destoner will remove the small stones . also we will have asperation system(fan and cyclone) to protect the environment in the workshop to avoid dust.
Conditioner Tower:There are 6 layers of steam distribution and equalization devices in the modulation tower, which can ensure that the steam is evenly distributed inside the modulation tower to achieve a uniform tempering effect.
The steam and corn move in the opposite direction, so that the material is gradually tempered from bottom to top. After about 1 hour of steaming, the moisture content of the corn can be increased from 16~18% at the original inlet to 18~20% at the outlet, and the degree of maturity can be adjusted to 65~80%, and the temperature of the corn can also be increased to 100ºC.
Flaking Mill:
1.The shell, protective cover plate and front and rear upper and lower door panels of FC7175SF steam corn tablet press are made of all stainless steel plates, and the part in contact with materials is SS304 stainless steel;
2. Energy-saving PLC hydraulic pump station, all control speed regulation and separation and combination of rollers can be controlled by the pump station;
3. China First Heavy High Nickel Chromium-Molybdenum Alloy Roller is adopted, centrifugal composite casting, hardness HS75±3, after dynamic balancing inspection, alloy layer thickness 30-35mm, one wire drawing can process 35000-45000 tons of corn tablets;
4. Equipped with magnetic separation mechanism to prevent iron in the material from damaging the roller; fully enclosed design, safe and beautiful;
5. The pulley adopts a tension sleeve design, and the roller does not need to destroy the bearing when disassembling, and the pulley adopts CPT brand
1. Head and tail box: made of 8mm carbon steel.
2. Box body: 2.5mm aluminum-zinc plate laser CNC production;
3. Equipped with observation window, maintenance door, hand hole;
4. Temperature sensor: PT100;
5. Equipped with uniform turning system;
6. Guomao hardened gear reducer: 0.75kw*1
7. Bottom exhaust ventilation: 1.5mm201 stainless steel one-time stamping;
