Post-Pellet Oil Coating System for High-Fat Feed
Designed for High-Fat Formulations
The oil coating system is an intelligent post-addition solution specifically developed for high-fat feed formulations. For regular feed production, oil is typically added before pelleting. However, when processing formulas with high fat inclusion, pre-pellet oil addition can cause excessive lubrication in the die chamber, leading to roller slippage, poor pellet formation, lower throughput, and higher energy consumption — all of which negatively impact production performance.
Optimized Post-Pellet Coating Process
To overcome these challenges, our process adopts post-pellet oil application. After the pellets are formed, but before entering the finished product bin, oil is uniformly sprayed onto the pellet surface through a dedicated coating system. This ensures optimal pellet formation while still meeting the required fat content and nutritional specifications of the formula.

The system features precise dosing, uniform spraying, intelligent temperature control, and adjustable ratios, allowing customers to fine-tune coating levels according to different recipes.
