Process Flow Description

Feed mill process components :

Gamma Tech is one integrated project supplier . the whole project including below process :

Raw material receiving system :including dumping pit /chain conveyor/elevator/ precleaner/magnet /two way inverter . mainly cleaning the dust and impurities especially some steel inside the raw material to protect the equipment in the following process.
Grinding system:including hammer mill and asperation system which help to increase the grinding efficiency and remove dust ,sealed conveyor and elevator,distributor. hammer mill is one of the main machine in feed process . key machine is the hammer mill
Batching and Mixing Process : including bolted batching bins with different volumn as per the formulation ,dosing screw and scale system to weigh as per formula ,then all material will go to mixer to make homogeneous mixing,meanwhile.microelements and liquid adding to the mixer .normally we will use double shaft paddle mixer. key machine is the Double Shaft Paddle Mixer
Pelleting and Cooling system : including Pellet mill ,Cooler , Crumbler and plan sifter . this is the key process of feed pellet making , if we make mesh feed only so we don’t need this process. key machine is the Pellet Machine
Finished Product Packing and bulk loading system:including finished product bins and packing machine to have 50kg per bag and bulk loading conveyor to the feed bulker to make bulk loading directly .
Electric Control System : we provide Siemens Platform Control software with Siemens PLC to make full automatic control system ,also for the electric components inside the control panel we are mainly supply Schneider brand and chint (top brand in china).
Auxiliary system: we also provide steam boiler to supply steam to the feed mill and air compressor to supply compressed air for mixer and all penumatical equipment like slide gates and two way diverters etc
