Together, these components form the industrial standard for large-scale feed mills in Saudi arabia and Vietnam, maximizing output while significantly reducing energy consumption.

Principle of Feed Extruder

The Wuxi Gamma (Gamma Tech) GM Series Twin-Screw Extruder operates through a high-precision, four-stage extrusion process designed for maximum nutrient digestibility and pellet quality:

First, the pre-mixed and finely ground raw materials enter the Anti-Bridging Bin, which ensures a steady, blockage-free flow of ingredients. From here, the Feeder uniformly delivers the material into the DDC (Differential Diameter Conditioner). This is where the magic starts—as the material is thoroughly mixed with metered steam, water, and liquid additives, achieving over 90% starch gelatinization through extended retention time.

Once conditioned, the material moves into the Extrusion Assembly. In the Feeding Zone, the twin screws provide initial compression and rapid transport. As it hits the Kneading Zone, intense mechanical shearing and mixing transform the ingredients into a molten, cooked state. Finally, in the Final Cooking Zone, extreme pressure and temperature finish the ‘cooking’ process, denaturing proteins and homogenizing the texture. The result is a perfectly shaped, high-PDI pellet, extruded and cut to precision—a technology currently powering high-output feed lines for our partners in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.”

2. Primary Grinding & Batching System

3. Fine Pulverization (Micro-Grinding) Section
